                             RESOLUTION NO.   20041 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF CRESTONE CIRCLE TO
                   THROUGH VEHICULAR TRAFFIC, WITH NO
                   RESTRICTION ON PEDESTRIAN USAGE, DUE TO
                   DAMAGE CAUSED BY A LANDSLIDE.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of a portion of Crestone Circle to through
       vehicular traffic, with no restriction on pedestrian usage, due 
to
       damage caused by a landslide; said portion shall be marked by the 

       Department of Public Works and shall be reopened by said
       Department when repairs have been completed.
